Digitalization

Your business processes optimized through digital technology

Let's talk about your needs

ekiDi: Business Process Digitalization "as easy as hello

ekiDi is a "no-code" solution that digitizes your business processes. The goal of ekiDi is to simplify the daily tasks of field agents and managers who need to quickly create and improve processes.

Field agents access ekiDi from a phone, tablet, or their vehicle’s dashboard: no installation is required. They have access to simple, clear, and user-friendly screens that provide instructions and help them complete their tasks. Whether working alone or with colleagues, everything is done in just a few clicks and in real time. Managers also benefit from this simplicity: analyzing and improving processes has never been easier.

Our solutions

ekiDi is a "no-code" solution developed by Ekium that digitizes your business processes. ekiDi aims to simplify the daily tasks of field agents and managers who need to quickly create and optimize processes.

The challenges:

  • Process digitalization

  • Collaboration

  • Continuous improvement

Our strengths in 3 points:

  • Simplicity of a form (No Code) / Power of a workflow (BPM)

  • The accessibility of an app / The security of an enterprise-grade solution

  • Try it for free and adopt Ekidi for enhanced collaboration

EKIUM
Design Thinking structures innovation in 5 collaborative steps (Highlight, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) to move beyond obvious solutions. This UX-UI approach reveals alternative strategies through an in-depth ideation process.

ROXLOR

Flash audit for complete digitalization of manufacturing processes

Roxlor manufactures capsules for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The entire process is supported by paper sheets and statements. Following a one-week flash audit, Ekium proposed a review of the processes to streamline them, and a roadmap for deploying the digitalization of business processes, coupled with line supervision. As a result, Ekium digitized processes from raw material reception to dispatch, including quality control. The application was designed to facilitate operator versatility: each screen follows the same logic, with a very limited number of inputs. The system facilitates operation, data entry and real-time analysis. Ekium was quick to understand Roxlor's business challenges and propose an approach focused on gains and enabling QuickWin.

DILLICO

AMOA - Digitalization and Digital Twinning

Dillico is a biotech start-up that supplies a machine for producing messenger RNA on demand: individualized, customized and in volume. Data is essential and a major asset not only to guarantee quality, but also to capitalize and serve as a knowledge base for future batches. Ekium worked with Dillico to define the solution's digitalization roadmap, taking into account the specific challenges of the pharmaceutical industry and integration constraints. Once the topics had been prioritized, Ekium and Dillico validated a functional outline and the technical means to achieve it, in order to launch consultations. Ekium was able to adapt to the needs of a start-up that had to produce quickly, but also seduce. Drawing on its knowledge of solutions, Ekium was able to build a roadmap and technical solution principles that could be applied rapidly.

NEMERA

AMOA & MVP - Data Collection and Valorization Strategy

As a major player in the medical device sector, Nemera is looking for a solution to provide real-time indicators to improve productivity and reduce non-quality. The project concerns a wide range of complex and numerous equipment (over 600) at all its sites. Ekium is working with Nemera to define the strategy, roadmap and solutions for this collection and recovery process. Nemera and Ekium have moved away from the beaten path, which had shown its limitations. By opening up to the latest technologies (web services), an MVP was produced quickly and successfully. Nemera has a large number of real-time indicators, validating a new interface strategy with the equipment, and the MVP is in the industrialization phase. Ekium was thus able to analyze and propose a solution that was innovative, immediately applicable and scalable.

SEQENS

NoCode industrialization on a modular workshop

Seqens has a modular workshop that can be used to assemble various pieces of equipment in different ways to manufacture different products. But these assemblies, these full-size Legos, have to follow certain rules to be operational. Ekium has developed a graphical NoCode (drag & drop) solution that lets you build different configurations in just a few clicks, while checking the consistency of the whole. It's very intuitive to use: no training required. Once the configuration has been checked and approved, it is ready to be loaded into the PLC for automated control. Ekium brings R&D and production closer together with an intuitive NoCode solution that facilitates the development of new products.

AIRBUS

KenzAI, developed with the expertise of Ekium, transforms your industrial data into instantaneous decisions thanks to an intuitive and powerful no-code interface, enabling you to easily connect your PLCs and visualize your performance in real time. Control your production with precision and simplicity: monitor efficiency, analyze faults and anticipate critical events thanks to a modern solution designed to make your data immediately exploitable and accelerate your decision-making.

UX-UI: Users at the heart of the project

The goal is to improve and optimize the user experience in order to enhance the company’s overall performance. This improvement is linked to:

  • Much easier adoption of change

  • Intuitive use of solutions

  • User engagement

UX: User Experience

This phase is 100% user-focused.

We’ll bring them to life through various “personas.”

This is what we call the User Experience.

It takes into account factual aspects, but also feelings and more subjective elements.

The unspoken must be detected.

UI - User Interface

The UI process will enable the creation of a visual identity. Functional and operational aspects are not covered by the UI; those are handled by the UX.

The UI focuses on the design and appearance.
