Building management studies for the complete renovation of the main buildings and project management assistance for the renovation of the security access control system
Ekium modernized the research center's centralized technical management system, replacing obsolete HVAC controllers with BACnet-IP equipment (Johnson Constrols), integrating energy monitoring via WAGO and deploying Panorama supervision. Turnkey project carried out on an occupied site.
Ekium deployed a Panorama BMS to supervise the offices and air handling units (AHUs) of two buildings, integrating existing LON equipment (Honeywell) converted to BACnet-IP via network controllers. This solution centralized supervision of previously autonomous installations, optimizing control and information feedback.
Ekium was responsible for the technical management of the energy production building at Boehringer Ingelheim's new veterinary vaccines site. The mission included supply and implementation of NIAGARA controllers, development of the database and synoptics, functional specifications, qualification protocols and FAT/SAT tests.

Ekium delivered a complete turnkey BMS for a 37,000 m² office building, replacing the existing system with an Ethernet-IP/BACnet architecture featuring over 1,500 multi-business line controllers. The solution integrates PcVue supervision, redundant VMware servers, WiFi network, Bluetooth remote controls, and was deployed on an occupied site.
