The infocenter is structured around 4 major areas:
It covers: rules of conduct, required documentation, measures to be taken in case of non-compliance, general obligations, subcontracting rules, minimum requirements, permits …
Access Management: internal project organization plan, setup of pedestrian and vehicle access points (security guards, turnstiles, barriers), badge management system, management of deliveries and visitors, and verification of equipment compliance
Health management: selection of the healthcare provider and resources, establishment of a first-aid station and healthcare staff, emergency response and crisis management, and action plans
Onboarding management: safety orientation booklet, training, and verification of personnel clearances
The Information Center:
Duration: 30 minutes from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Room equipped with plans and information center materials
Facilitators: HSE Manager & Construction Manager
Participants: Client contractors & Subcontractor representatives
SSS topics covered: weather, challenges, traffic, lifting operations, visitors, deliveries
360°:
Duration: 15 minutes at the start of the shift
Location: On-site
Facilitator: Client or construction manager
Participants: one representative per company present
