Asset Management Capacity Building

Responsible for the largest port in Eastern Canada, the Montreal Port Authority (MPA) has been consolidating its asset management approach for over a decade. This is a commendable and colossal effort, considering the scale and diversity of MPA's asset base. As a true “sherpa”, our specialized team has been accompanying MPA since 2016 in the various stages of its journey towards optimized planning of its infrastructure investments.

FENN-GIB Project

Our mining engineering experts were commissioned to carry out various geomechanical logs and data analysis, hydrogeological work planning and supervision, pit inclination angle recommendations and a detailed technical report for the Fenn-Gib project, located in Canada’s main gold mining district, close to Matheson, Ontario.

MOBLAN Project

Our team was given the mandate to complete the feasibility study (43-101) for the Moblan project of Sayona, a major lithium deposit located north of Chibougamau. It contributed to all geological, geomechanical and mining aspects of the project to issue an updated mineral resource and mineral reserve (43-101) for the project.

Due Diligence - Biomass Cogeneration Plant

The project consisted in the due diligence of the conversion of an oil boiler to a forest biomass cogeneration plant with an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) for an autonomous network in Northern Quebec, serving an isolated community not connected to the province’s grid.
