SAIPOL

Following a fire at its esterification unit in 2024, Saipol asked Ekium to carry out a Preliminary Design study, with the aim of studying two specific scenarios for rebuilding the unit, while integrating the dismantling phases and the possibility of recovering as many existing elements as possible.

URBASER ENVIRONNEMENT

Ekium designed, defined and developed the entire control package for the 110,000 t/year waste treatment plant, covering design, supply of the SNCC system, development, testing and commissioning.

MSSA

Ekium supported MSSA in the regulatory compliance of its site by deploying SIL 3 safety PLCs meeting the requirements of IEC 61511/61508 standards. Thanks to a complete approach (supply, studies, development, FAT and commissioning), the customer benefits from the reliability and availability of safety-critical systems on this SEVESO high threshold classified site.

EXCELVISION (FAREVA)

Ekium enabled Excelvision to increase its production capacity for ophthalmic sterile liquid forms by seamlessly integrating and qualifying a new transfer line, guaranteeing business continuity and regulatory compliance. Thanks to a turnkey approach (studies, supply, development, FAT and Qualification tests), the customer benefited from rapid and secure commissioning, minimizing the risk of production stoppages.

Ekium is responsible for the complete renovation of electrical and instrumentation installations for the management of the manufacturing process during the ten-year reconstruction of the glass furnaces, covering engineering studies (plans, schematics, automation) and cabinet manufacture.
