CARBIOS

As part of the construction of its first industrial plant for the enzymatic recycling of PET, Ekium was commissioned to design the complete automation architecture, including a comparative analysis of control-command solutions, the drafting of specifications and the integration of cybersecurity prerequisites.

DILLICO

AMOA - Digitalization and Digital Twinning

Dillico is a biotech start-up that supplies a machine for producing messenger RNA on demand: individualized, customized and in volume. Data is essential and a major asset not only to guarantee quality, but also to capitalize and serve as a knowledge base for future batches. Ekium worked with Dillico to define the solution's digitalization roadmap, taking into account the specific challenges of the pharmaceutical industry and integration constraints. Once the topics had been prioritized, Ekium and Dillico validated a functional outline and the technical means to achieve it, in order to launch consultations. Ekium was able to adapt to the needs of a start-up that had to produce quickly, but also seduce. Drawing on its knowledge of solutions, Ekium was able to build a roadmap and technical solution principles that could be applied rapidly.

NEMERA

AMOA & MVP - Data Collection and Valorization Strategy

As a major player in the medical device sector, Nemera is looking for a solution to provide real-time indicators to improve productivity and reduce non-quality. The project concerns a wide range of complex and numerous equipment (over 600) at all its sites. Ekium is working with Nemera to define the strategy, roadmap and solutions for this collection and recovery process. Nemera and Ekium have moved away from the beaten path, which had shown its limitations. By opening up to the latest technologies (web services), an MVP was produced quickly and successfully. Nemera has a large number of real-time indicators, validating a new interface strategy with the equipment, and the MVP is in the industrialization phase. Ekium was thus able to analyze and propose a solution that was innovative, immediately applicable and scalable.
